I made this wooden jigsaw puzzle with a portrait of the customer's cat. The puzzle was made using the creative cutting style of John Stokes.

 The reverse side of birch plywood is covered with mahogany veneer, mysteriously playing with iridescent shades.

 For a long time I could not prepare photos of this puzzle for publication. I made this puzzle in the summer of 2019, but I'm only showing it now.

Inscription indicates that the portraits were painted by You Zhao and the rest by Wang Gong

Inscribed by Yuan Mei with an identification of each figure, dated the first year of the Jiaqing era (1796) with eight seals
Thirty colophons by students of Yuan Mei with a total of fifty eight seals
Frontispiece by Wang Wenzhi (1730-1802) with two seals

Here's what we can learn from the description of the painting on the website of the Metropolitan Museum:

Pasini here depicts the Yeni Valide Mosque at Eminonu, Istanbul, an Ottoman structure completed in the early eighteenth century. Four women of the Imperial Household enter the mosque by a gateway that Pasini appropriated from another, much later, monument. It was painted two decades after Pasini befriended the artist Théodore Chassériau after arriving in Paris in 1851. When Chassériau was unable to accompany a diplomatic mission to Persia in 1855, Pasini went instead; it was the first of his numerous visits to the East.

This picture made me associate with a number of heroes of old books, legends and poems of the Muslim East and its history. Among the whims of this puzzle, I have characters from Turkey, Arabia, Iran and Central Asia.

Sabu Oguro animals

These wonderful animals were invented by Saburo Oguro, a master from Japan. He is the author of many original ideas in the field of artistic sawing and wooden toys.  We embodied  this set in a wood with my 10 year old daughter as a gift to one baby. I sawed, then we painted together in bright colors. The set consists of 15 different animals, from which you can build all kinds of patterns, pyramids and other designs.

Этот набор мы воплотили в дереве вместе с моей 10 летней дочерью  в подарок одной малышке. Я выпиливал, затем вместе раскрашивали в яркие цвета. I made this wooden jigsaw puzzle using the spiral cutting style I created. The entire field of the puzzle consists of repeating trefoils-spirals. I didn’t want to divide something harder this time and decided to use a rather simple ornament.

В один из дней, когда возникла пауза в работе над пазлами, я просмотрел свои закрома, набитые интересными для меня изображениями и выбрал её. Картина изображает итальянского поэта, писателя и театрального сценариста эпохи Возрождения Торквато Тассо и двух его знатных поклонниц. Мне показалось интересным поработать по этой теме. Использовал как свои прежние наработки, так и новые сюжеты. Пазл создавался легко и быстро и отправился к новому владельцу.
Хотел бы гордо сказать, что "пазл находится в частной коллекции". Увы, после нескольких месяце брехни, почта созналась, что посылка утеряна. Я потерял кучу нервов и получил от почты подачку в порядка стоимости доставки... 
Так что остались только снимки. Если пазл где-то появится - просигнальте мне, пожалуйста.

Пазл №37 я создал из картины Джозефа Генри Шарпа. А вот перевести на русский язык название картины оказалось для меня не просто. Переводчик Гугл выдал:

Подготовка к потливости медицины 

Странно звучит. Судя по сюжету, индейцы прогревают свои типи и вигвамы пламенем костров для обеззараживания. Или это просто 

Сауна по-индейски?

Не знаю, решайте сами.

Я же просто развил тему индейцев  в деталях этого пазла. Здесь картины из жизни коренных американцев. Я не захотел изображать здесь тех, почти уничтожил этот народ. Так что здесь вы не найдёте коровьих пастухов, героев многочисленных вестернов. Разве что, Верная рука - друг индейцев.

На форуме http://forum.puzzler.su мне дали такое пояснение по сюжету картины:

Судя по всему "Medicine Sweat" это слегка общее жаргонное понятие, т.к: коренные американцы использовали sweat-houses (потные дома), чтобы избавить свои тела от токсинов, когда они болели. Пот-домик (также называемый церемонией очистки, пот-дом, аптека, медицинский дом или пот) представляет собой церемониальную сауну и является важным событием. Приготовление (дома) к лечению потом = растопка бани (в русском понимании). И это не касается всех жилищ, а только вон та красно-белая скорлупка сей домик).

Значит, всё таки Баня!
