Yuan Mei (1716-1797) portrait |
I created a whimsies with characters from traditional Chinese and Japanese painting for this puzzle.
The puzzle is long, so I split it into several separate pieces. |
I connected its with nails and cut them together for a perfect seam. |
After sanding the back side, I painted the whims with stain. Sorry for the photo, but this time I was without a camera and took pictures with my phone. |
